Something to think about!

Thermostats:Todays programable electronic thermostats help you to automate the way your heating and cooling system operates for greater comfort and lower energy bills. Their timers allow you to warm up your house before you get out of bed in the morning or come home at night. If you have an old style mechanical thermostat, you might consider upgrading to a programmable electronic model. Look for thermostats that allow you to program daily cycles, weekly schedules and override programmed settings, for when your routine changes. Installation often requires no more than reconnecting two or three low-voltage wires after removing the old unit. But make sure that breaker is off. Technology has improved many household systems in recent years. The same is true for real estate. Computers, the Internet and cell phones are great tools I wouldn't want to live without. However, they are no substitute for knowledge and experience. Call when you need some!
